aashirwaad multigrain aata 80 gm

ghee 5gm

methi leaves(didn't quantified it)

toned milk 50 ml

Method

Step 1

take flour and methi leaves and add salt,carom seeds ,red chilli and garam masala in flour.

Step 2

make dough with this mix.

Step 3

now decide this ready dough into two balls

Step 4

roll these balls in any shape of your choice and put on tawa spread ghee .

Step 5

paranthas are ready to serve .
