Garlic 8-10 cloves
Ginger- one piece
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder- as per taste
Coriander powder- as per taste
Ghee- 15gms

One Lemon
Step - Heat ghee in a pan, fry chopped ginger garlic till they begin to smell good. Step - Pluck and wash methi leaves in large pot filled with water. Rinse few more times to clean thoroughly. Step - Chop them finely and add to the hot pan and fry until they wilt. Step - Add finely chopped tomatoes, green chilies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Step - keep the same on a low flame for Minutes. Step - Add paneer and salt. Step - Maintain low flame for another minutes. Step - Squeeze one lemon before serving.
