make separate puree of onion and tomato . add ghee to pan, jeera, onion. saute for some time . add ginger garlic paste, green chili, saute . add tomato puree, saute . add masala - salt, turmeric, red chili, black pepper , saute for some time, add water . in side pan fry the paneer and mattar . mix in with the gravy have it with roti, curd and some salad.
