spices-salt, kashmire red chilly, turmeric, coriander powder,garam masala,clove,black pepper
marinated panner with all spices for - mints
take a pan add ghee and clove or black pepper saute it
then add grind garlic or onion paste into the pan and saute it
when paste turns golden brown add tomato paste in it
stir mints add all spices and little bit of water
now add matar in it.and cover the pan
after - mints add paneer in it and cook for mints
matar panner is ready to serve hot.
