paneer 100 gm

matar 30 gm

onion 40 gm

tomato 40 gm

ghee 15 gm

Method

Step 1

add ghee to pan and sauté onion

Step 2

add red chilly powder turmeric and salt

Step 3

add tomato and ml water (or according to how much gravy you want)

Step 4

add pease and cover for min at medium flame

Step 5

when oil starts to separates add paneer and more water if required

Step 6

finally add garam masala and mix, then serve

Step 7
