100 gram Paneer
80 gram Tomato
20 gram green peas
20 gram Onion
4 gram water melon seeds
Coriander
Green chili
Heat non stick on low flame, add chopped onion, one green chili, one cardamom, water melon seeds, garlic clove, saute for - minutes until onion turned slightly golden and add chopped tomato, little coriander and saute for a minute.
Cool down this mixture, tranfer to blender and make smooth puree without adding water.
Heat non stick and add ghee, add bay leaf, small cinnamon, a clove, cumin seeds, saute little bit and add puree. add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt as per taste.
If using fresh green peas then boil them, drain and use, I used frozen peas so just rinsed well and added. Add little water and cook for - minutes until mixture becomes thik.
Add kasoori methi, chopped coriander leaves, add paneer, mix well and cover the lid and cook on low flame for - mins.
Tip: If you have any paneer sabji masala, you may use it instead of garam masala, it enhances the taste. You may use cashew also instead of water melon seeds in puree. I added - tablespoon of milk as it is a great substitute of heavy cream.
Add coriander leaves on top and serve hot with roti or rice.
