1)Red lentil whole /मसूर दाल 45 gm 2)gram फ्लोर /बेसन 5 gram (1 table spoon) 3)butter milk /मठा/दही, 50 ml (2 table spoon) 4)4 gm ghee /oil 5)mustered seed/राई 1 tea spoon 6)fenugreek seed /methi दाना 1/2 tea spoon 7)kurri patta 8)green chillies 9)salt to taste 10)turmeric 11)red chili powder 12)hing
)put socked दाल in cooker add salt, turmeric, chili powder in it, cook till it cook well ( सीटी आने तक) )mix well, besan and curd/buttermilk add little water add this mixture into cooked daal(as we mix curd, water and besan for kadhi) )for tadka-put ghee in kadhai, add राई, मेथी, green chillies, curry leaves now finally add cooked daal in it.... Its ready to serve..... It's really goes well with rice
