Black Masoor Dal 100 gm
Paneer 50 gm grated
Ghee 10 gm
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Ginger 1 inch cube finely chopped
Green chilli 2
Garlic 4 cloves crushed
Corainder
spices (roasted cumin powder)
salt
Soak dal for - hours
Pressure cook the dal for whistle
strain the dal and keep aside.
Mix dal,paneer,ginger,garlic,onion and spices as mentioned above.
Shape them into small kebab/tikki and fry them in a tawa at medium flame.
Serve with Paratha or Curd.
