cut cauliflower into pieces, boiled it in cooker for minutes, take out the boiled cauliflower in a container, put it in a blender and blend it. Take out paste out of blender, put salt, black pepper as per your taste. You can add avocado oil/olive oil(optional) to enhance taste ๐ its good if you are following keto.
