take a pan and semi boil vermicelli
after that take a non stick pan add ghee in it
when the ghee is hot add onion and saute it
now add green peas and all spices
add vermicelli and water cover the pan for mints
now masala veggies vermicelli is ready to serve with some sauce or chutney
