Soak soya chunks Heat oil,add sliced onion,jeera and sauté for - mins
Add soya chunks after squeezing extra water Cook for mins at low flame
Add salt,red chilli powder turmeric and mix well
Add chopped tomatoes and cook covered till oil separates
Add garam masala and amchoor and / cup water and cook covered for - mins Turn off flame Garnish with green coriander Serve hot with bread or buns as per macros
