poha - 50grams

curry leaves - 2

mustard seeds - few

salt

red chilli powder

turmeric powder

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Step 3

add soaked poha

Step 4

add salt , turmeric, red chilli powder as per taste.

Step 5

mix well and let it cook for - mins ,covered.

Step 6

tada it's done. Garnish with coriander and serve.
