Boiled black chana, turmeric, red chilly powder, dry mangi powder, coriander powder, chopped onions, salt to taste.
Cook all the masalas in olive oil for few seconds, add boiled chana to it and cook till the water evaporates. Garnish with fresh chopped onions and coriander if you want.
