0.5 scoop Mango whey (optional)
Few Kesar strings
Pour the curd into a muslin cloth and drain the water from curd completely. Keep it hung for mins.
In a bowl, take hung curd, add melted butter, stevia powder, chopped cashew and beat it properly.
Add the whey and mix lightly with spoon. Add the kesar strings.
Pour into a bowl and let it freeze for an hour or two. Enjoy chilled.
