Mango: 100 gms

Raw Whey / Mango Flavoured Whey : 1 scoop

Rusk : 1 Peice

Method

Step 1

Blend gm mango with scoop whey. Add some water and sweetener if required.

Step 2

Sprinkle some water on rusk to make it slightly moist.

Step 3

Pour the mango blend on moist rusk. let it sit in the freezer for - mins.

Step 4

Garnish with raisins/roohafza (optional) and serve.
