Mango Whey protein powder -1scoop

Egg white-2

Banana puree -50gm

Roasted Oats powder -20g

Milk -50ml

Maple syrup -1tsp (Opt )

Baking powder -1/2tsp

Oil -5g

Vanilla essence -6drops, cinnamon powder 1pinch

Method

Step 1

Step Take big bowl add eggs ,milk,Vanilla drops ,Banana puree, cinnamon powder and whisk it well for mins

Step 2

Step Add roasted oats powder, mango whey protein powder or any whey powder ,baking powder and whisk it well untill the powders get mixed well

Step 3

Step Take a nonstick pan add gm of oil add batter to make pan cake cook it in medium flame on both sides

Step 4

serve it with honey or choclate or strawberry syrup (Optional)
