Roasted and boiled vermicelli (boiled in hot water ):20gms
Mango :100gms( save few slices for topping)
Soya milk:200ml
Stevia as per taste
Whey protein powder :1scoop
Pomegranate seeds : 10gms ( optional)
Desiccated coconut :1gms (to drizzle on top)
STEPS: . Boil roasted vermicelli in water with one or two drops of oil and drain and keep aside . Take blender add mango slices, soya milk,stevia, protein powder . Blend to smooth . Take a jar or glass . Pour the shake into a jar and add boiled vermicelli into it and refrigerate for an hour ( if you want instant cool falooda add ice cubes to blender while making shake) . After an hour take out from refrigerator, add few mango slices, pomegranate seeds and desiccated coconut on top and enjoy your falooda
