Paneer 100 gms Skimmed milk 50ml Ghee 5 gms Mango whey 1 scoop Mango pulp 100 gms Mango pcs 50 gms Sugar 10 gms Kesar and elaichi powder
Heat ghee in a non stick pan
Add milk and bring it to a boil
Add paneer and saute for - mins
Add whey and mango pulp and mix well
Add sugar and roast till desired consistency. Mix elaichi powder and kesar.
Spread the mixture on a serving plate and decorate with kesar and mango pcs . Cover with cling Film and refrigerate before serving .
