Low fat milk - 200 ml
Mango - 100 gms
Whey protein - 1 scoop
Sabja Seeds - 5 gms
Almonds -. 10 gms
Raisin - 5 gms
Mix milk , mango and whey protein in the mixie jar and mix it properly to make a smooth mix Then add sabja seeds , almonds , raisin. keep some for garnish. Keep it in refrigerator for mins and then stir with a spoon. Garnish with some Sabja seeds, almonds and raisins.
