1. Paneer 70GMS
2. Milk 100 ML
3. Almonds 5GMS
4. Sugar 20GMS
5. Ghee 5GMS
6. Cardamom 2
7. Saffron few strands
8. Mango 100 GMS
Grate paneer, chop mango finely & mix milk with sugar, saffron strands & keep all this aside.
Take a pan & add gms of ghee.
Once the ghee is heated put cardamom & grated paneer.
Later add mango & milk mixed with saffron & sugar in it & stir this well until it mixes well.
Cook this for another minutes.
Garnish it with almonds & serve it chilled.
