Mango pulp/ pieces-100 g
Paneer-50 g
Curd -50 g
Whey -1 scoop ( mango / vanilla flavoured)
Water if needed for blending
Garnish with cranberries/ blueberries/ raisins-( optional)
Blend together half of the mango ( g ) , curd , paneer and whey powder Add very little water if needed while mixing
Remove in a glass bowl and set it aside in refrigerator for - hours
Garnish with berries &remaining g mango pieces or pulp
