200ml fresh milk
20g chia seeds
10g honey
200g mangoes, chopped
1/2tsp vanilla (optional)
In a bowl, add milk, chia seeds and honey. Mix well.
Chill overnight.
Give the pudding a good mix. Top with mangoes and enjoy chilled!!
Note: Honey can be substituted with sweetener or can also be avoided if mangoes are too sweet.
