60gms avocado 🥑

50gms spinach 🥬

100gms Greek yogurt

50ml cows milk🥛

60gms mango 🥭

1 scoop (30gms) whey protein pwd (vanilla)

a pinch of chia seeds

Method

Step 1

Chop the 🥭 & 🥑 and freeze ❄️

Step 2

Add the frozen fruits along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.

Step 3

Blend till smooth, transfer into bowl 🥣

Step 4

Garnish with some fruits and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
