50gm. Paneer 100gm. Potato 50gm. Onion 70gm. Tomatoes 5gm. Almonds 5gm. Peanuts 5gm. Maida/Corn flour
Boil potatoes and mash it, add grated paneer, salt, fine chopped green chillies and coriander, amchur powder, and cumin powder. mix well and make small tikkies.
mix maida with little water, make thick paste, coat the tikkies with it. grease a pan with oil and cook tikkies from both the sides, apply little oil as required.
in a pan add little oil, add chopped onion and tomatoes, almond and peanuts. add little salt and let it cook till tomatoes get soft.
let it cool and then grind in mixer, make smooth paste.
add rest of the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sauf, bay leaf, a small piece of cinnamon and cloves. after seconds add the paste and garlic ginger paste and cook it for mins on medium flame.
add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder, mix well and add a cup of water. add garam masala powder. cover and cook for mins on low flame.
add salt and a pinch of sugar. (adding pinch of sugar balances all the spices in indian gravy dishes)
in a serving bowl keep tikkies and add the gravy, garnish with coriander leaves.
