Bottle gourd -150 grams
Ghee-10 grams
Black pepper powder-1/2 tbl spoon
Cloves-4
Fennel seeds/ Saunf-1 tbl spoon
Dry ginger powder-1 pinch
Sugar free/ sugar/stevia according to taste
Put a pan on a gas at low flame for mins. Add ghee than add fennel seeds, cloves, ginger powder all together. After this add grated bottle gourd , keep it mixing till its color changes to light brown , now add rice & soya chunks powder with black pepper powder. Mix it well , add water cups of water. Cover the top of a cooker & keep it on flame till whistles. Turn off the gas & keep it for mins. Now open the cover & serve. Enjoy.
