Durum wheat Macroni/ pasta of your choice : 40gms
Broccoli florets : 50gms
Ghee : 5gms
Small onion
Green Bell pepper : 20gms
A small Tomato puréed
Oregano & chilli flakes
Boil macroni and broccoli florets together.
Strain when pasta is al dente
In a pan, add ghee, sauté chopped onions and chopped bell peppers on high heat for minutes
Add puréed tomato.
Add salt to taste
Mix macroni and broccoli florets with it.
Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
