Wash gms chicken breast
Marinate it with low fat yogurt, tsp salt, tsp red chilli powder, tsp kitchen king masala, tsp coriander powder
keep it for minutes
Prepare some vegetable rice in that duration(I recommend - gm raw rice with onion, tomatos olive oil tsp)
grill your chicken by pouring tsp olive oil in pan and putting your chicken pieces in that.
add chat masala to your sauted veges and voila
