Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a kadai

Step 2

Add jeera,kasuri methi,and mix well Add chopped veggies ,lobia except tomato Cook for - min Add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder and mix well

Step 3

Add tomato and cook till oil separates Add pre soaked rice and cook at med flame for - min

Step 4

Add water and cover the lid and cook till water dries up!

Step 5

Serve hot with curd or chutney as per macros
