4 Slices of Bread (Any) / 110gms of bread sliced
Chicken Breast/ Chicken Thigh (Boneless) (300gms)
1 egg/ 35gm processed cheese
1 cheese slice
10gm butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
Black Pepper, Herb Seasoning
1 Green Chilli
Salt ( to taste)
Wash and clean the boneless chicken thoroughly
Carefully dice down the chicken to as small cubes as possible ( this will significantly decrease the cooking time)
Heat a pan on medium flame and add gm of butter
Immediately add in garlic and the chicken cubes and cook it in the butter.
The entire cooking process should be complete in next - minutes (max)
Take a mixer grinder jar (medium) and add in the cooked chicken and garlic along with any butter that may still be in pan.
On top of chicken also add in green chillli, black pepper, mixed herb seasoning, processed cheese/ egg, cheese slice, Salt
Start blending the mixture. Keep stirring the mixture in between so that everything gets evenly blended.
Once the texture is thick and creamy then it's done.
Take out the chicken batter out of the mixer jar.
Add in the batter on top of bread slice and cover it with other bread slice.
Now you can either toast the bread or consume it as it is.
