3. Spinach, onion chopped, mushrooms optional
4. Salt, pepper, curry powder, oregano , chilli flakes for taste
5. Butter 5 gm
Heat the pan and dry fry the onion, chopped spinach in low flame without butter. . Once it’s crispy add a teeny meeny butter and add mashed garlic. Followed by the beans , mushrooms stir with the onion and spinach. . Spice it up with choice of spices. . Add the grated paneer and then eggs. . Serve with toast!
