Ingredients

Masor dal - 60 gms

mushrooms - 3

spinach - 5 to 6 leaves

onion - half

tomato - half

Capsicum - half

Ghee - 10 gms

Method

Step 1

Add ghee in the pan, saute onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach.

Step 2

Once done add dal and pressure cook till completely done

Step 3

Then use a blender and blend it
