Red lentil soaked and boiled tender- el dente
1 sheet lasagna 25gm
50ml coconut milk
5 ml oil
herbs,salt,blackpepper, tomato puree
Onion chopped,lemon juice,garlic minced
Take a heavy pan add oil + onion, minced garlic let it saute.
Add tomato puree+ salt,blackpepper,paprika,let it cook for min then add ml water .
once the water comes to boil add lasagna sheet broken into medium to small pieces and cook for min till tender.
Add the boiled lentile and coconut milk cook for another min
Garnish with herbs.
