Brocolli - 100 grms
Butter - 3grms
Garlic cloves - 3-4
chilli flakes- 1 grm
mixed herbs - 1 grm
salt as per tast
Heat a pan and put butter. Once the butter is melted add chopped garlic and. fry. Then add brocolli and salt and cover the pan and let it cook for one minute. Then saute for - minutes till the color of brocolli changes. Lastly add chilli flakes and serve it hot.
