70grm rice, 30 grm daal, 10 grrm ghee, garlic, ginger , green & red chili powder

Method

Step 1

mix daal rice and cook in cooker, mean while make raw Paalak , ginger, green chili, garlics paste & boil in kadhai then mix the cooked khichdi with the paste then prepare for tadka of ghee. fr tadka first take - teaspoon water,red chili powder haldi hing mix them in water thoroughly. then take some garlic cloves, kashmiri mirchi whole. now in the pan take ghee put cumin seeds, then garlic cloves red whole chili and the chili water paste n stir it well. nd pour the tadka in to khichdi. then maje se Khaao dosto, thanks for reading :)
