Spices: salt, kashimiri chilli powder, dhaniya powder, amchur powder, jeera powder, garam masala
Wash and dry the bhindis well
Slit them into length wise equal in Shape
Powder the soya chunks
Mix it with the spices and apply this powder over the bhindi marinating it well
Also add the oil and rub the masalas well
Preheat airfrier for mins at ....next bake them btw - mins depending on the airfrier till a slight crispy
