Method

Step 1

Step – put cooked rice in the vessel – add milk, Whey Protein & cardamom – mix it – let it cook on slow flame for - mins. (I cooked rice in the afternoon and kept a side for kheer)

Step 2

Cooking Time – - Mins on slow flame only Serving - Person for Meal When to eat – Lunch – Snack – Dinner 😊 When I Ate – Dinner Calories per serving -

It was my Dinner, maine garam kheer khaya which was chocolate flavour & meri sister ne tanda kheer which was Mango Flavour. Thanks
