125 gms Sweet corn kernels 20 gms Processed Cheese 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes Salt to taste 10 gms Mayo 10 gms butter 35 gms Onions Chopped 30 gms spring onions chopped white and green

Method

Step 1

#.In a pan heat up butter ,add in spring onion greens and white. #.Add boiled sweet corn kernels ,salt,pepper powder and cook covered. #.Add in mayonnaise, grated cheese and let it cook. #.Sprinkle oregano ,chilli flakes,black pepper powder and cook till cheese melts completely. #.Garnish with oregano, chilli flakes and serve hot.
