Brinjal 200 gm
coconut oil - 5gm
onion - medium size
Green chilly - 2
Pinch of Asafoetida
Roast whole brinjal on the flame, Once done keep it in the close container.
Grind chilies with Asafoetida, salt and amchur (coarsely)
Peel the brinjal , hand mix the brinjal by adding little water till you get your consistency.
Add the chilly paste to the brinjal - mix well , add finely chopped onion.
dazzle with coconut oil. Garnish with coriander. Serve the delicious Vaingana Bajji
