Kodo Millet-50 gms Soya Beans-40 gms Urid Dhal-5 gms Fenugreek seeds-1/2tsp Coconut-10 gms Salt-1tsp Water as required
Soak Millet, beans, urid dhal n fenugreek seeds together for hrs. . Grind along with coconut to a fine paste. . Add salt and let it ferment for hours. . Add in pinch of soda and mix throughly, add enough water to the batter to a spreadable consistency. .Heat Appam pan , pour a laddle of batter n swirl to make shape. cover with lid . Take out once it’s cooked. ✅Make Lacy aapam so that you don’t feel slight bitterness from soya. Serve with vegetables stew or coconut milk.
