for Batter 1 cup gram flour 1 spoon semolina 1/4 cup yoghurt crushed green chillies ginger salt Eno lemon juice water oil for greasing
for Tempering 2 spoon oil asafoetida sesame seeds cumin seeds green chillies length wise slit sugar water curry leaves mustard seeds grated coconut
Add all the ingredients for batter making. now grease a pan and pour all batter. In microwave place the pan and set a temperature for minutes. now check with toothpick for complete baking. now remove from microwave and keep aside for cool down. for Tempering in pan add oil. put mustard seeds and asofoetida . as splitter Start add curry leaves cumin seeds add chilli,sugar,water now add this over the top of dhokla. serve it...
