Spinach 200 gms

Paneer 100 gms

Cashew nuts 10 gms

Almond Flour 30 gms

Method

Step 1

Boil Palak and cashew nuts, strain the water and shift palak to cold water

Step 2

Grind the Palak and cashew nuts in mixer with aid of a bit of water to make a paste

Step 3

Heat gms of coconut oil in the pan, add hing, jeera, haldi, Lal mirch

Step 4

Add paste to the pan and mix it well and leave it for mins

Step 5

Add Paneer cubes and Garam masala and stir well

Step 6

Make almond roti using almond flour and tada you kept meal is ready
