Paneer 50 g, cut into four cubes
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 1/2 tsp
Sambhar masala 1/2 tsp
Whole red chilli 1
Pepper corns 4-5
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 4-5
Gram flour 3 g, (P.S. I have not included it's calories)
) Grind together all the ingredients in a mixer grinder.
) Marinate paneer cubes in the prepared masala and leave it aside for half an hour.
) Preheat air fryer at degree centigrade, dry dust paneer cubes with gram flour and air fry them for ten minutes at same temperature.
) Serve hot.
