Oil 10g

Potato 200g

Curd 100g

Kashmiri Lal Mirch

Salt

Dry ginger powder

Fennel seed powder

Dry red chilli whole

Black cardamom

Cloves

Jeera

Method

Step 1

Air fry boiled potato

Step 2

Heat oil,add cardamom ,jeera,red chilli whole, cloves,jeera.add red chilli powder & / cup water and let it boil

Step 3

Add curd & mix well

Step 4

Add dry ginger powder and fennel seed powder & mix.now add salt and water as per gravy requirements

Step 5

Add air fried potatoes and cover the lid & cook at low flame for mins & done
