10gm oil/ghee 60gm fresh kale 50gm soya 1 tablespoon chopped onion n tomatoes 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt n regular Indian spices
Soak soya in hot water min. Then press n drain excess water off . Take a pan n start heat . Add oil, garlic, cumin, onion and tomato . Turmeric, chili powder salt as per taste .add chopped kale n soya.. . Mix, cover n let it cook for to mins . Switch off heat n Add lemon juice . Ready to eat
