Cardamom powder - 1 pinch

Mash paneer and keep aside.
Dip - leaves of Kesar in ml milk and keep for hour. It is optional. You can directly add milk to pan.
Grease a non stick pan with - g ghee, Add mashed paneer and milk. Mix for - minutes on medium flame.
Add g milkmaid to the mixture. If you want to have lesser calories, you can add sugerfree in place of milkmaid.
Mix on medium-high flame stirring continuously for - mins. Add Cardemom powder.
Grease a tray with - g ghee. and spread the mixture. make it even with spatula.
Let it cool down and enjoy.
