soya sauce-3ml
tomato ketchup-5ml
spices-salt,red chilly, coriander powder,garam masala,kadai masala
ginger garlic-1/4spoon
Take a bowl add tomato, garlic, ginger, water boil it
Now grind this make a fine paste
Take a non stick pan add ghee when ghee hot
Add onion , capsicum and saulte it -mints.
Add all spices , soya sauces or tomato ketchup and grind paste of tomato.
stir continuously add paneer in it and saulte it.
Now add kadai masala cook for mints
kadai paneer is ready to serve hot.
