Make jawar base, preferably - hrs prior to gain the hardness, freshly prepared base would be too soft and may not cook well. . Saure tomato, onion and capsicum add ml oil to it. . Add black pepper, rock salt, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce or antsy herb n spices according to your taste. . Spread the sauted vegetable evenly on the Jawar base . Add paneer cubes/ grated over it . .Spread some butter on the pan (as per macros), place the preparation over it, close the lid and let it bake for - min on low medium flame. There you go, all set to enjoy your fav, delicious, healthy, within macros Pizza ❤
