Olive oil 3 GM
Chop onions and capsicum (I have used green and yellow). . On a pan, add a few drops of olive oil, sauté onions and capsicum for a minute or two, add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning (or pizza seasoning, oregano, basil), paneer cubes. . Sauté everything for a min or two till sides of paneer look done. . Remove in a plate and garnish with grated cheese or with pieces of a cheese slice
