Tesco prime cut roast chicken slice / Thin slice chicken breast roasted or cooked : 1 piece
Soya flour : 30gms
Chilli flakes Cumin seeds Onion seeds /kalonji : As per taste
Salt as per taste
Mix vegetables of your choice : 100gms
Paneer : 10gms
Chilli sauce : 1tsp
Turmeric powder
Chaat masala
Ghee :3gms in total
STEPS: FOR veggies : . Heat pan . Add ghee, cumin seeds . Add veggies of your choice and fry well until soft . Add salt , turmeric powder , chaat masala and saute well . Keep it aside For wrap: . Take soya flour , add salt , kalonji, cumin seeds , chilli flakes and knead dough into soft flour and keep it aside for mins . After mins rolls the soya dough in to paratha size and place the chicken thin slice on top of soya rolled dough . Pleat the sides so that chicken breast dont fall off OR roll another soya dough and pack thin slice chicken in between two rolled soya dough just like paratha and pleat the sides . Heat pan . Cook the soya wrap prepared both side with some ghee . On one side of wrap add some chilli sauce and cook for a min . Take it out into a plate add veggies prepared earlier on top of the wrap . Grate some paneer on top and butternut squash if you have . Enjoy your wrap as lunch or snack
