Sambar masala salt as per taste
7/8 curry leaves
7 grams coconut oil
Pressure cook the daal chawal and lauki in a smooth consistency In a pan make a tadka with coconut oil mustard seeds haldi hing curry leaves, green chilli as per taste Add chopped garlic & tomato add salt & sambar masala cook it with little water so that spices won’t burn once nicely cooked add the khichadi mixture stir and dinner for mins Serve with ghee if that fits your daily macros enjoy !!
